What a booking includes

The vehicle, fuel and a driver, for the package or distance agreed. Rates quoted are pre-GST. Toll, parking, state permit and driver allowance are charged at actuals and shown separately on the invoice rather than folded into a single figure.

How package prices work

Package prices are per person on twin-sharing accommodation and exclude GST. Solo travellers pay a single-occupancy supplement on the hotel portion only. Larger groups pay less per head because the vehicle cost divides further — send us the group size for an exact figure rather than assuming the headline rate.

What is excluded

Every package page lists its exclusions explicitly rather than burying them. As a rule: GST, temple fees and darshan slots, lunch and dinner, monument entry, the Dev Deepawali evening boat, and personal expenses.

Cancellation

Cancellations more than 14 days before departure are refunded in full less any non-refundable hotel deposit. Between 7 and 14 days, 50% is refunded. Inside 7 days no refund is possible, because hotels and vehicles have been committed on your behalf. For Dev Deepawali and peak-season dates the window is 30 days.

Temple fees and darshan

We do not sell temple entry, Sugam Darshan, Sparsh Darshan, aarti or Rudrabhishek tickets. These are booked by you on the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust’s own portal at the temple’s own fees. Our service is the vehicle and the timing around the slot you hold.

What we cannot control

Traffic diversions, police barricades, temple queue lengths, weather and river conditions are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund. Where an itinerary becomes impossible for those reasons we will rearrange the day rather than abandon it.

Liability

Vehicles are commercially registered and insured as required under Indian law. Hotels and boat operators are independent businesses and are responsible for their own services and safety standards; we select them and will act on your behalf if something goes wrong. Passengers are responsible for their own belongings and for carrying valid photo ID, without which the Sunauli border crossing to Nepal will refuse entry.

Payment

An advance confirms the booking; the balance is payable on completion. GST invoices are issued for all bookings on request and by default for corporate accounts.
