About Kashi Rides

We plan and run trips to Varanasi and the pilgrimage circuit around it. Only trips — if you want a vehicle by the kilometre, we will send you somewhere better for that.

Why the itineraries have times on them

Most Varanasi itineraries read “Day 1: Arrival, evening Ganga aarti.” That is a list, not a plan. It does not tell you that the aarti fills forty-five minutes early, that Kashi Vishwanath on a Saturday is a three-hour queue, or that the vehicle stops ten minutes’ walk from the temple and always has.

Ours carry clock times and state those things plainly, including where they are unflattering. A trip you can actually execute is worth more than a brochure that reads well.

What we do not sell

Darshan slots. Sugam Darshan, Sparsh Darshan, the aartis and Rudrabhishek belong to the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust and are booked by you, on its portal, at its prices. We plan the day around the slot you hold. Anyone offering to sell you one with a markup is working in a grey area.

How the pricing works

Per person, twin sharing, with exclusions listed on every package page rather than buried. Larger groups pay less per head because the vehicle splits further. Solo travellers pay a single-occupancy supplement on the hotel portion only.
